What type of files should I send?
For best results, we suggest saving your design as a PDF file. You can also use TIF, TIFF, or EPS formats. PDFs with embedded or outlined fonts are preferred as they are easier to handle and speed up processing. Make sure to flatten your files before
We recommend :
- Vector files like EPS or PDF.
- Resolution of 300 DPI or higher.
- Use black (100% K) for optimal results.
- For fine lines and text smaller than 9pt, use black (100% K) only.
What resolution should my file be?
To ensure optimal print quality, your artwork files should have a resolution of 360 dpi (dots per inch).
Files with low resolution may either be printed as they are, potentially resulting in lower quality prints, or placed on hold until we receive higher resolution files. This could slow down your turnaround time, so it’s best to provide high-resolution files from the start.
What colour mode should my files be?
Always ensure your designs are created and saved in CMYK colour mode from start to finish.
Sending us an RGB file might result in colour shifts, potentially affecting the outcome of your job. To avoid this, work in CMYK mode throughout the design process.
Can you deliver to Multiple Locations?
